8"x12" oil on canvas ••• I do not normally share detail shots of these smaller pieces, but I had the pictures, so here they are (see below). • Look upon it as evidence that I waste as much paint on my smaller pieces as I do on the larger ones. Yes, I am a paint hurler. ••• People often ask me about my technique. They also feel free to forward their defining thoughts on the subject. I have heard everything from it being like a mosaic to being a lot like digital work. I smile and nod, trying not to show that I have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. When really pushed for an answer, I just say "spackling" and leave it at that. • In the end, I guess I am just happy that people take such an interest in my art. My attitude has always been, "Hey, I am just happy to be here (above ground)!"
