I Don't Trust That Marble!

4"x6" oil on raymar panel. • That was not the first title for this little piece, but after looking at the suspicious posture of the army dude, it seemed a good one. He just doesn't trust that marble, the tension is palpable. Of course, he doesn't stand a chance with that little plastic bayonet.  •  I obviously need a break.

    Well done Raymond two great subjects for a painting in their own right combined wonderfully and painted very very well. Pesky little marble.

    Love the humor and the paintings. If you need a break definitely take one. But definitely do not take a break because of the direction your artwork is taking.
