6"x4" oil on raymar panel. This was in the house when we moved in. It's probably some sort of bowl brush, but "Whatsit" just sounds better. Probably too small to be a toilet brush. A good toilet brush needs to be big enough to chase your sibling around the house with. At about six inches, this is far too small to effectively strike terror into the heart of a brother or sister.
