4"x6" oil on raymar panel. This is all about lighting. It was initially set up with the light hitting the front of the belt, but how boring is that? So, I switched it to being back lit. I think it makes for a more interesting painting. This is the last painting for 2009. About ten minutes ago, I decided to take a break from posting for maybe the next week or so. Taking a break from posting does not necessarily translate into a break from painting. Painting has become such an integral part of my day, that I cannot stay away from it too long.
Anyway... here goes, have a Happy New Year!
And I guess I better give my wife her belt back if I want mine to be a Happy New Year too.
