Little Astro Boy

6"x4" oil on raymar panel • Let's start off the New Year with a Little Astro Boy—Happy New Year!  Yes, I'm back. Had a good family holiday. What constitutes a good family holiday for me? How about not throwing The Spawn into the Pacific Ocean and running for the hills. So, it was a good holiday. Actually, I might have that backwards, but let's let it stand as typed. I would like to say that I am rested up, but that would be a pretty solid lie. I can say that I am anxious to paint—really anxious. Life seems a bit out of balance when I am not smearing the goo. Yes, "smearing the goo" is about as eloquent as I get.
