6"x4" oil on board. Yet another long suffering friend. When I started this painting journey, I think my friend the Majestic Mr. M was my first subject. His is a great cranium and I am eternally thankful he has allowed me to portray him in paint. If I knew what a pain it was to photograph, I would never use so much color in my paintings. Actually, that's no true – I'd do it anyway.
