4"x6" oil on board. I know I said I was going to stop stealing from the kitchen, but... well, you see... it's kinda like... I lied. This onion caught my eye because it was shaped differently than its cousins in the bag, so I snatched it. The color of the onion's skin is a challenge to go after, and with some slow observation, you start to see all the different color possibilities. This photo isn't too good, the blue on the right side of the background is more intense/richer. It just flattened out in this shot and I might shoot it again later and repost.
