4"x6" oil on gessoed door skin. This little yellow cup had light bouncing around all over it. Maybe that's why it is fun to paint. The tangerine is really small, I should say was really small. It was the last of my tangerines, so I couldn't wait until after I posted this to eat it. I don't know how it even survived the painting session. I was having an inner debate about the possibility of painting it from memory. Somehow, while this decision making process was going on, I finished the painting.
