32"x48" oil on canvas ••• The seasoned campaigners amongst you will recognize this particular Airstream trailer—I have painted the poor thing more than once. What you may not know is that this particular Airstream does not exist. • This piece is a combination of pieced-together, new and vintage photographs of many—and I mean many—different Airstream trailers and my unruly imagination. • Here is the most straightforward explanation I can give you: The pictures supplied the lines and my imagination supplied everything else. • It may not appear so, but this was a very... challenging piece. Painting that grassy field alone just about killed me (see evidence below)
