With this painting, I am not sure what to type about: My epic struggle of tighter versus looser with these small paintings or how a good pair of cowboy boots are so much more comfortable than a good pair of athletic shoes (right now, those of you with boots are nodding in assent and those of you who don't have a good pair of boots are shaking your heads like I must be crazy). Forget it, let's talk about my Muse and how she makes me cookies (mmm, cookies) and how, if I even hesitate for a second in my never-ending search for subject matter, steps into the breach with one of her heavenly commands, "Here, paint this." Great, now I'm hungry.
