4"x6" oil on raymar panel. This was going to be a painting of several mini bonsai pots. It was all set up and then I noticed one of the three Bosc pears I had previously painted was still in existence. How it had escaped my appetite, I don't know. The color of this particular pot and the pear, as well as their scale to each other seemed right. So, here it is – a Bosc bonsai. If you are wondering, the answer is yes, I am a "tree torturer," as my brother would put it. With my track record, a more accurate title might be "tree executioner."
