11"x14" oil on canvas. This is the final portrait of Mr. C. Painting the smaller study was a great help in guiding me on this. Decisions I made which diverted from the study were informed by my acquaintance with this gentleman – choosing a horizontal instead of the more common vertical format, setting him slightly off center, etc. I also made the decision to punch up the brilliance of the colors.Posted February 16, 2010
