4"x6" oil on gessoed door skin. Found this branch during my daily constitutional. I also came within a few feet of a coyote, but chose to pick up the branch instead, live coyotes not being the most amiable subjects. Due to the values just not working, I scraped the background off and repainted it. I had kept on laying on layer after thick layer and that became a loosing game, so I just pull out the palette knife and start scraping - start fresh.
